How can we reduce the percent of 'Undefined'?

One of the 'predefined' reports is the Web Extra report which displays only URLs that are not categorized and the associated number of 'hits'.  No other information is available in the report. This can be sent to sites@burstek.com for categorization.

The report should also be reviewed for 'internal' or 'local' URLs that you can add to the appropriate category.

Set the Maximum Report Lines to 10.
Set the required date\time interval for the report.
Run this new 'Top 10 Users' report.
Create new 'detail' report with 'Top Web Sites' sub report included. NOTE: other sub reports could be included as well.
Set the Maximum Report Lines to 10.
Set the required date\time interval for the report.
Set the 'Top 10 Users' as a Report filter for the 'Top 10 Sites' report.
After 'Top 10 Users' is complete, run 'Top 10 Sites' report.
This will display 10 'Top web Sites' sections, separate for each of the top 10 users.

Your documentation indicates 'unlimited' reports, but I only see 17 reports.

LogAnalyzer is delivered with 17 pre-defined reports including 5 for Email and 1 for combined Web and Email. However, LogAnalyzer is so powerful and flexible the user can create as many reports with as many combinations of data as desired. To create a new report, right-click on the 'Reports' node in the left navigation tree, select New Report. Check the appropriate boxes for the data you to be displayed. Use the Customize tab to further customize your selection criteria by date, hour of the day, User or Group. You can even refine your selection by filtering or selecting based on another report. You can also assign a specific log file or directory to a report.
