Requirements: Windows 2000 and above, IIS with ASP.Net
ADMINISTRATOR Alerts:
- Since LogAnalyzer SETM requires IIS and SQL Express, we do not recommend installing bt-LogAnalyzer on your ISA Server for security reasons.
- To make configuration changes, please enter '12345' (without quotes) in the LogAnalyzer SETM Home page (upper right corner). If this is not entered, some functionality will be disabled.
- During installation, LA SETM will offer you the option to select either MS SQL or MS SQL Express as your depository. Express is the default. NOTE: Current limit of the MS SQL Express database is 4GB. If your requirements exceed the 4GB limit, please select MS SQL during the installation.
- Open the loganalyzer management console
- Right click on ‘bt-loganalyzer’ in the left hand pane
- Select ‘All Tasks’
- Select ‘Settings Export’
- In the dialog that just appeared, select ‘Next’
- Browse to the folder where you’d like to save the settings and select ‘Next’
- Select ‘Export’
- When the process finishes, select ‘Finish’
- Log into LogAnalyzer SETM, and enter the administrative password in the top right. The default password is ‘12345’
- To import settings from Log Analyzer 6, click on your settings tab from the dropdown menu and select ‘import settings’
- Select ‘Browse’ and choose the file that you will import
- If you are importing settings from LogAnalyzer, select the ‘Log Analyzer format’ option. If you are importing settings from Log Analyzer SETM, then select the ‘Log Analyzer Enterprise Edition format’
- Select ‘Import’
- When the process is complete, select ‘OK’
