Customer Service Representative

Burstek, an award winning worldwide leader in Internet security software solutions has an opening for an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR). The CSR is directly responsible for securing revenue from renewal and new product sales to key existing customers including up-selling subscription terms, additional locations and users, and cross-selling additional Burstek products. This position is also responsible for managing the relationship for superior client satisfaction, retention, and client referrals.

Job Requirements:

  • 1 year B2B customer IT or software sales experience with a proven track record of sales quota excellence and a solid understanding of software sales cycles
  • An energetic, detail-oriented individual with exceptional customer relations/satisfaction skills and multi tasking
  • Excellent verbal communications and problem resolution skills, superior writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Internet savvy, possess strong MS Office skills, primarily Excel and Word, as well as some database
