The Customer Software Sales Advisor is directly responsible for securing revenue from renewal and new product sales to key existing customers including up-selling subscription terms, additional locations and users and cross-selling additional Burstek products. This position is also responsible for managing the relationship for superior client satisfaction, retention and client referrals. Additional duties could include coordinating with marketing for product education newsletters, client surveys and programs for referral lead development for direct sales.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- 3 years B2B customer IT or software sales experience with a proven track record of sales quota excellence with a solid understanding of software sales cycles
- An energetic, detail-oriented individual with exceptional customer relations/satisfaction and technical skills, must be a multi-tasker with excellent verbal communications and negotiation/problem resolution skills, superior writing and verbal communication skills.
- Internet savvy, possess strong MS Office skills, primarily Excel and Word, database management skills including experience with business CRM software (ACT!).
