To Assign a Schedule to a Custom Access Policy

  1. Right-Click on the Custom Access Policy you want to assign the Schedule to and select ‘Properties’
  2. Depending on the type of policy you have, select the Allow or Deny tabs
  3. Click the ‘Add’ or ‘Change’ buttons
  4. If changing an existing ‘Allow/Deny’ configuration, proceed to step 7. If Adding a new URL/Category, proceed with the next step
  5. On the ‘Common Information’ tab select ‘Category’ or ‘URL’
  6. On the ‘Details’ tab, select the Categories or enter the URL(s) that you want the Schedule to apply to
  7. Click the ‘Schedule’ tab
  8. Select the Schedule from the drop-down list. The Schedule configuration should be shown in the window allowing you to verify the correct functionality
  9. Click ‘Apply’ and ‘OK’
